Important Announcement

On the 21st June the practice will be upgrading it's clinical system. This will bring various benefits to patients and the practice.

As part of the changeover, the practice will be closed on Tuesday 21st June until 10.30am.

We hope to minimise any disruption for patients and most patients should not notice any disruption at all.

However, this is a big change for the practice and all the staff and will cause a significant increase in workloads - therefore we would ask for your understanding and patience for the week of June 20th - June 24th 2016.

To download a leaflet about this change, please click here.

For patients who use online services (online appointments) please click here to download an important document on how this will effect your services.

We would ask that you pass this information on to anyone you feel may benefit.
