Choose & Book is a new service that allows you to choose
your hospital or clinic and book an appointment at your
chosen provider. Since summer 2004, Choose & Book has been
implemented across England. It will eventually be available
to all patients of the NHS.
We realise that this is causing some confusion for our
patients, so if you require any further information, please

The surgery has
over 8500 registered patients. However, come summertime, as well as looking
after our patients, we see over 2000 patients here on holiday in South
Devon.
Not only that,
but we also issue over 2000 prescriptions each and every month. That's
11,000 items! Please do bear with us if your prescription goes missing, we
will always do our very best to rectify the situation. |
