Patient Participation Group
The Dartmouth Patient Participation Group is a group
which aims to help Dartmouth Medical Practice focus on the
needs and aspirations of it's patients for the services it
provides. The group aims to discuss important issues in a
positive way, aiming to give guidance to the medical
practice about the needs of its patients. If you have a
suggestion or issue you would like the Medical Practice to
consider, please contact the volunteer member in your area.
All volunteers and their contact details are listed below.
The Patient Participation Group is not set up to consider
individual complaints. If you have a specific complaint
against the practice, please contact the practice manager,
or use the form provided in the Patient Toolbox section of
this website.
