Travel Information

We offer a full range of foreign travel immunisations including Yellow Fever. You may well need some time to have a course, so try to come to the surgery at least 8 weeks in advance of your departure time. The practice nurse can give up to date advice.

Please allow plenty of time for your travel vaccinations. Some need to be given 3 months in advance of travel. Some vaccinations are not kept in stock as they are not often requested. They will be ordered for you on a named basis and kept for your use only.

You will usually be advised at the first consultation of any costs involved. The vaccines you require will be ordered for you on receipt of payment.

All patients receiving injections and vaccinations are advised to stay on the premises for 20 minutes. Please allow some time for this.
