When phoning for
your test results, please try and avoid phoning in the
morning as this is when our phone lines are at their most
busiest.
We will only be
able to tell you your test results when a doctor has seen
and 'actioned' them, so please do bear with us if we are
unable to give you your test results there and then.
If there is a
problem with your test results, or the result was not as
expected, we will phone you as soon as we can to let you
know and probably ask you to come back to the surgery for
further tests or examinations. |

The surgery has
over 8500 registered patients. However, come summertime, as well as looking
after our patients, we see over 2000 patients here on holiday in South
Devon.
Not only that,
but we also issue over 2000 prescriptions each and every month. That's
11,000 items! Please do bear with us if your prescription goes missing, we
will always do our very best to rectify the situation. |
