Repeat prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions can be ordered by:

  • Online – Use the NHS App service online to order your repeat prescription
  • In person – You can pop your requests through the black post box on the wall to the left of the main entrance. Please tick the items you require on your re-order form and pop in the letterbox.
  • By post – Please ensure you state your Name, Date of Birth and your requested items if requesting by post. Send to: Reception, Dartmouth Medical Practice, Dartmouth Health & Wellbeing Centre, Wessex Way, Dartmouth, TQ6 0JL. Please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for delays in the post, or lost items.

Your prescription will be ready for collection 48 hours later once received.

We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment.

You need to register to use our online repeat prescription ordering service and this is best done in person at the surgery. Please speak to one of our receptionists.
