Dr G Lockerbie
As well as being a GP in the surgery, Dr Lockerbie is
the Interim Chair of South Devon Commissioning
Partnership.
Patient Notice
It is with great sadness for the practice that we
announce that Dr Graham Lockerbie will be leaving us at
the end of December 2011.
Graham has been a GP for Dartmouth for 26 years,
first practicing in Dartmouth in 1985 with Dr Bann to
form the partnership Bann and Lockerbie located in, what
are now, our admin offices on the opposite site of the
medical practice.
At the time, there were 2 medical practices in
Dartmouth. Doctors Bann and Lockerbie merged with
doctors Fenton, Anderson and Eynon-Lewis in 1992 to
create Dartmouth Medical Practice.
Graham has been through Family Practitioner
Committees, GP Fundholding Health Authorities, Primary
Care Groups and Primary Care Trusts and more latterly
Clinical Commissioning Groups.
Graham has now taken post as Medical Director for NHS
Devon, Plymouth and Torbay, hence leaving the practice.
We wish him all the very best for the future.
As Graham has been a welcome involvement in so many
lives in Dartmouth, we thought you may like the chance
to say goodbye and we have therefore created a
form below to allow you to pass your comments on.
If you are happy to, we would like to post some of
these comments on the website at a later date. Obviously
your name will be removed! If you would be happy for us
to do this, please tick the box on the below form.
Thank you.
