We are pleased to announce the launch of a new patient recall system at our surgery — Target Health Solutions.
This new system will help us manage routine health checks, medication reviews, long-term condition monitoring (such as asthma, diabetes, or high blood pressure), and vaccination reminders more efficiently and reliably. This will replace our current month of birth recall system.
What does this mean for you?
🗓️ Timely Reminders – You’ll receive reminders when it’s time to book health checks or reviews.
📱 Flexible Communication – Notifications may come via SMS, letter, phone call, or email — depending on your preferences and contact details. Some messages may come across in multiple segments but will be numbered for the order to follow. Please wait for the full message to arrive, it will include how many segments are expected within the first message.
👩⚕️ Better Care Coordination – We’ll be able to monitor your ongoing health needs more effectively, helping you stay well and avoid unnecessary complications.
🕒 Reduced Waiting Time – Appointments will be streamlined to ensure all relevant monitoring is done within one appointment wherever possible subsequently reducing the need for multiple visits.

When you receive a recall message, follow the instructions to book your appointment using the online booking link as soon as possible.
