The Dartmouth Medical Practice is moving to the new Health Centre over the bank holiday weekend and on Friday 26th May the practice will be closed. If you require medical attention on this Friday, call 01803 832212 where your call will be directed to the Out of Hours service. The practice will be opening at its new location at Wessex Way, Dartmouth, TQ6 0JL
on Tuesday 30th May. You will be able to access the services of Dartmouth Medical Practice through our current practice contacts and the telephone number will remain the same, 01803 832212.
There is a carpark at the Health & Wellbeing Centre, however, at the time of writing, there has been no clarity on the charges/wait times.
Public transport is available. Bus 91 for the Park and Ride leaves from the Pontoon in the town and will take you to the Park & Ride carpark and Buses 90 & 92 leave from the Pontoon will go via Victoria Road and will stop at Sainsburys. For more information go to www.stagecoachbus.com
The onsite Wellbeing Pharmacy will be opening at a later date. Further information concerning the opening is to be provided by Wellbeing Pharmacy and we will share this ASAP. Prescriptions maybe ordered in the normal way and can be collected from the two pharmacies in the town. For patients who use BOOTs in Dartmouth and who do not use the electronic prescription service, BOOT’s are offering the opportunity to drop your prescription order into them, and they will deliver requests to the new surgery every Wednesday.
