There are currently 8 X 1 hour free bays directly outside the building, please see the area outlined in blue on the following link 8 x free 1 hour bays. You will need to display a ticket which you obtain from the Pay & Display meters by pressing the green button twice, please ensure you display this in your windscreen, these 8 bays are on a first come, first serve basis.
