Repeat prescriptions can be ordered by:
- Phone – To order a prescription please telephone us on 01803 832212, and press option 2 – this service is available between 10am – 12pm and 2pm – 4pm.
- Online – Use our online services to order your repeat prescription online
- In person – You can pop your requests through the letterbox of the red door to the left of the main entrance. Please tick the items you require on your re-order form and pop in the letterbox.
- By post – Please ensure you state your Name, Date of Birth and your requested items if requesting by post. Send to: Reception, Dartmouth Medical Practice, 35 Victoria Road, Dartmouth, TQ6 9RT. Please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for delays in the post, or lost items.
Your prescription will be ready for collection 48 hours later once received.
We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment.
You need to register to use our online repeat prescription ordering service and this is best done in person at the surgery. Please speak to one of our receptionists.
