Sam also forms part of the management team for Dartmouth Medical Practice. By closely working with the staff and the partners she promotes and educates health and safety awareness to fellow employees. In developing and executing health and safety plans, Sam ensures the Practice complies with the relevant guidelines, in addition to establishing a culture of health and safety within the team. Policies and procedures create a safer work environment and thus are essential for the safety of our patients and our staff.
