We would like to take this opportunity to thank all DMP patients for bearing with us whilst we navigate the new clinical system.

We are aware that many of our patients are experiencing difficulties in logging into the NHS App for repeat medications etc.  To enable us to deal with this problem for you could we ask that instead of calling the surgery that you email us on scripts.L83094@nhs.net and we can set up new passwords and username to be forwarded to you by either text message or email.   We would like to apologise for any problems encountered in setting this up to date.

If you are trying to log in from a mobile device please search for NHS App on your relevant App Store.  If you are trying to log in from a laptop or desktop please use the below link.

Log in – NHS App Online (service.nhs.uk) – this will require the surgery ODS code, an account ID and a pass phrase.

The new clinical system does have its own online service called SystmOnline.  This works in exactly the same way as the NHS App.  If you would prefer to have SystmOnline then please follow the link below for access via a laptop or desk top or search your relevant App Store for SystmOnline.

When you are contacting us for log in details please can you indicate which online service you require log in details for so we can make sure you receive the correct details.
